Daniel Witczak, PE, PMP, President of ACELA has over 20 years of diverse experience managing and designing site/civil engineering projects throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic States. He is currently licensed to practice engineering in PA, NJ, NY, MA, and MD. Daniel is the official Municipal Engineer of Coplay Borough, Lehigh County, PA. He is experienced with a wide variety of projects ranging from municipal, educational, industrial, and commercial construction.
Daniel served in the United States Air Force for over eight years, serving in the Middle East during Operation Desert Storm and in Cuba during Operation Sea Signal. During his military service, Daniel was responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of the Hanscom Air Force Base’s water, sanitary, and natural gas distribution system. His military service experience and professional collaboration skills, combined with his diverse and critical understanding of all phases of project management, make Daniel and his associates uniquely qualified to provide cost-effective and efficient service delivery to clients throughout a project.
Daniel earned a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (1997) from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and a Master’s in Business Administration (2010) from Lehigh University.
Daniel is an avid athlete and competes in triathlons. He has completed several Ironman triathlon events.
